OUR COMPLAINTS AGAINST DOH-FDA, DA-FPA/ BPI & DENR-OZONE DESK HAVE BEEN ACTED BY THE PRESIDENTIAL ACTION CENTER OF THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT

The Presidental Action Center of the Office of the President of the Philippines to which we are directly attached has acted upon on our complaint against he following government agencies:

 1). The Food & Drug Administration [FDA], an agency under the Department of Health [DOH] through the DOH Head Executive Assistant Dr. Ma. Corazon Lucia V. Teoxon;

 2). The Fertilizer & Pesticide Authority [FPA], and 3). The Bureau of Plant Industry [BPI], agencies under the Department of Agriculture [DA] through DA Secretary Emmanuel F. Pinol; and 

4). The Ozone Desk of the Department of Environment & Natural Resources [DENR] through DENR Undersecretary Analiza Rebuelta-Teh on their disregard of the Rule of Law and the Legal Jurisprudence on Urban Pest Control & Fumigation.

Through written communications from the Presidential Action Center of the Office of the President that we are also provided. these agencies are made to reply on our complaint on them consistent with the existing laws, rules and regulations on the matter as soon as possible.
