40TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE NATIONAL COMMITTEE ON URBAN PEST CONTROL
Organized in 1976, the
National Committee on Urban Pest Control [NCUPC] is now celebrating our 40th
Year in educating the public on the health hazards of urban pests such as
mosquitoes, cockroaches, flies, rodents, among others through conferences,
symposia, fora and exhibits.
The NCUPC was
organized by the Office of the President of the Republic of the Philippines
through a Memorandum of Agreement [MOA] signed by various Government Agencies
[GA] and Non-Governmental Organizations [NGO] in Manila in 1979 to assist the Department
of Health [DOH] and MAPECON Philippines, Inc. implement Department of Health
Circular 155 S-1975.

MAPECON Philippines,
Inc. is now celebrating its 55th Year in urban pest control product
and services using its own locally and internationally award-winning patented
pest control products that won for Inventor Gonzalo O. Catan, Jr., the Most
Outstanding Inventor Award with Presidential Medallion in 1994, and the Top
Filipino [TOFIL] Award in 1995.
Through these pest

shouldered and divided by 200 residents. The spraying is good for 3 months.
